ご覧いただきありがとうございます。Mikiです。ヨガ歴13年になりました。バレエの経験から体をどのように使うか、どのような感じがするかといった身体感覚を伝えるのが得意です。1つのいい方ではわからない、という方も、言い方や聞こえる言葉が変わるとすんなり動けたりするんですよね。私のレッスンでは、体にフォーカスして丁寧に動いていくことをします。
ヨガを深めていくと、瞑想を深めてみたくなったり、身体に入れるものを考えたりしたくなるのは自然な流れです。その流れの中で瞑想・食事のレッスンも開催しています。
身体と心を整えるウェルネスをサポートしたい、そんな思いでヨガを伝えています。

I am a professional licensed teacher with teaching experience in Philippines, Thailand and Saudi Arabia. I am a teacher in English and Science. I have been teaching full time for ten years to different levels of students and I have excellent way to teach students based on their needs of learning.
I am sincere, understanding in the needs of learners and I explain very well the lesson with pictures and data if needed. I always give activities to learners to enhance their skills and knowledge in learning English language specially speaking and listening situations. I let the students learn in terms of pronunciation, grammar, reading, listening and sharing of experience that are related in the lesson. I always motivate the learners to develop their learning. I am excited to teach you soon.
